2010 2nd Annual Illicit Network Workshop | 6-7 December 2010 

On 6-7 December 2010, Professor Andrew Goldsmith, CTCP’s Executive Director, hosted the 2nd Annual Illicit Networks Workshop.  The Workshop brought together more than fifty leading Australian and foreign specialists to discuss contemporary research and experiences to effectively combat networked organised criminal and terrorist groups. 2010 Following the Proceeds of Environmental Crime: Fish, Forests and Filthy Lucre |  22-23 February 2010

This conference was a major international conference hosted jointly by ANCORS and CTCP, within the Institute for Transnational and Maritime Security at the University of Wollongong. Further information can be found here

2009  Illicit Networks Workshop

The two-day workshop drew together academics and practitioners interested in network analysis (broadly defined) in relation to transnational/organised crime and terrorism. The forms and purposes of extant network analysis were examined and critiqued. Particular applications of network thinking to crime and terrorism issues were also presented.
