CTCP and Interpol Exchange Memorandum of Understanding

On the 16 June 2009, CTCP Executive Director Andrew Goldsmith attended the 17th Interpol Training Symposium in Alberta Canada, where he represented UOW in exchanging a memorandum of understanding (MOU).

The MOU is designed to promote cooperation and the advancement of academic and educational exchanges between INTERPOL and the University of Wollongong via the CTCP.

It is anticipated that the MOU will facilitate academic and staff visits based on agreed programs of research and other collaboration, development of joint teaching programs as well as sharing of knowledge and training expertise for training programmes and partnership in the development of the INTERPOL Global Learning Centre.
